Renolyst publishes renovation cost breakdowns, material comparisons, and financing explainers for homeowners planning a project. We are a publisher, not a contractor, lender, or licensed professional of any kind.
What our content is, and what it isn’t
Every figure we publish is researched at the time of writing and dated accordingly. Renovation pricing moves with material costs, labour rates, permit fees, and your local market — a kitchen quote in Dallas will not match one in Toronto, and neither will match what the same job cost eighteen months ago.
Treat our numbers as a starting point for your own conversations with contractors, not as a quote. We do not guarantee that any price, timeline, or product specification on this site is current, complete, or applicable to your situation. Always get written estimates from licensed professionals before committing money to a project.

Your use of the site
